URSA Bank Annual Report

Client:
URSA Bank - Russian commercial bank, which existed from 2006 to 2009. After the merger with MDM Bank of 7 August 2009 became a part of MDM Bank.
Task:
To develop the design of the annual report 2008
"To inspire people and support their ambition for better" - so employees of "URSA Bank" have defined their mission. And exactly this message was taken as the basis of our ideas for the design of the annual report. We decided to show clearly that behind the dry facts and figures stay the real people with their own emotional understanding of their work objectives.

Through the report we send the bank’s call for customers not to be afraid of dreaming, to think broadly and boldly, to draw a dream and confidently move to its implementation.

Looking through the report, it seems like as if over the original strict and concise document was thoroughly "worked out" by the bank’s employees themselves. "Armed" with colored markers and pens, they "own" identified in the text of the report the most important, in their view, the place, drew graphs, and to top it all, each based on their own views, "he painted" a picture on the theme: "What works our bank".

As a result, dry financial report started to remind a real album with pictures! The graphs and charts have grown in real pictures with a variety of subjects. Someone saw prospects for the development of the modern metropolis behind dry schemes, someone –the alluring resort life of faraway seaside town. But someone remembered that in every adult lives a little child with his simple sincere fantasies.

The continuation of the idea was the original packaging of the report - orange canvas artist bag and a set of colored markers. This is sort of the bank's call for customers not to be afraid of dreaming, think broadly and boldly, to draw a dream and confidently move to its implementation. The bag is decorated with the logo of the bank converted from a "painted" kite - a symbol of reverie and constant striving upwards.

Such presentation of the material allowed us to show the bank's commitment to creation, to building of the new relationships with the customers, a desire to help those who are willing to continue to grow and move forward. In general, in our view, the report was vivid, emotional, open and very friendly.
